    Pick the cut, weight and preparation. Curry cut, diced, mince, skin on or off.

  2. Pick a collection time

    From 1 hour's notice, up to 7 days ahead. Whole lamb needs a day.

  3. Collect and pay

    Give your order number at the counter and pay by cash or card.
