Terms of service

These terms apply when you order from Family Halal Butcher, 118 Shieldmuir Street, Wishaw ML2 7TH, through this website.

Ordering
When you place an order, you choose a collection day and time, and we prepare your order fresh for that time. We'll call you on the number you give us if anything is out of stock or we need to check something. Whole and half lamb need at least 1 day's notice.

Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling. For meat sold by weight, the online price is approximate. We prepare the weight you ordered as closely as we can, and you pay for the actual weight at the till.

Collection and payment
All orders are collected from our shop. There's no delivery. Please give your order number at the counter and pay by cash or card when you collect. We hold orders until the end of the day of your collection slot. Orders that aren't collected may be cancelled.

Cancellations
You can cancel or change your order by calling us before your collection time. Our cancellations and refunds policy has the details.

Allergens
If you have a food allergy, please ask us before ordering about the ingredients in any prepared or marinated product.

Our responsibility
We'll always prepare your order with care. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability where it can't be limited by law.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
