Refund policy

All orders are for collection from our shop at 118 Shieldmuir Street, Wishaw ML2 7TH. You pay in store when you collect, so nothing is charged online.

Cancelling or changing an order
To cancel or change an order, call us on 01698 375604 or 07513 881092 before your collection time. There's no charge for cancelling.

Uncollected orders
We hold orders until the end of the day of your collection slot. If an order isn't collected that day and we haven't heard from you, it will be cancelled. If you're running late, please give us a call.

Weight and price
Online prices for meat sold by weight are approximate. We prepare the weight you ordered as closely as we can, and you pay for the actual weight at the till.

If something is wrong
Our products are fresh and prepared to your order, so the 14-day cancellation right for online orders doesn't apply to them, and we can't take back items that aren't faulty once they've been collected. Please check your order when you collect it.

If anything is wrong with your order, or you're unhappy with the quality of something you bought from us, contact us as soon as possible and we'll put it right with a replacement or a refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
